We can transfer the active license to a new device without any charge in the following cases:
- Purchasing the license for a different device then the one intended;
- The old device is lost or malfunctioning;
- A newer (better) device was purchased.
To transfer your license:
- Download and install the latest version of the CountThings from Photos app from CountThings.com#download (Windows, iOS, Android) on the new device you want to use.
- Email us your “Account Email” and the new “Device Code” at Support@CountThings.com.
- We will remotely transfer the license and send you an email with the confirmation.
- To verify the transferred license, click “Account” from within the CountThings from Photos app on your device.
